Phase 1 of the Gridiron BC Prep Academy System

The Pre–Post‑Grad Training Program is an elite 8‑week development phase designed for athletes preparing to enter the Gridiron BC Prep Academy when it officially opens on April 4. This program gives athletes early access to the Academy’s structure, coaching, and expectations while the final touches are completed on the new facility.

This is not a drop‑in program — it is the first step in the Silverback pathway.


PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Pre–Post‑Grad Training Program is built to:

  • Prepare athletes for the full Post‑Grad Academy

  • Build size, speed, strength, and football IQ

  • Develop confidence, maturity, and readiness

  • Maintain momentum while the Academy facility is finalized

  • Provide early evaluation and individualized development planning

  • Offer priority placement and Founding Athlete pricing for the 2026 Post‑Grad Academy

Athletes who complete this phase enter April ahead of the curve — stronger, sharper, and ready to compete.


TRAINING SCHEDULE

Explosive Upper TUESDAY — Strength Training (Allelite Fitness) Developing size, strength, power, and durability. 6, 7 Or 8PM..

Competition WEDNESDAY — Skill Development Led by Lemar Durant (WR University) and Playmaker IQ Position‑specific technique, football IQ, and competitive reps. 6:30PM.

Explosive Lower THURSDAY — Strength Training (Allelite Fitness) Explosive power, speed strength, and injury‑prevention work. 6, 7 Or 8PM.

Pure Speed SATURDAY — Speed & Movement Acceleration, top‑end speed, change of direction, and football movement mechanics. 11 AM.
