The All New Performance Camp
July 8th– August 7th
Designed for high-level athletes preparing for high school and collegiate training camps, this program delivers position-specific instruction in a structured, performance-driven environment. The focus is on athletic development, technical proficiency, and competitive readiness, ensuring participants maximize their potential ahead of the upcoming season.
Program Structure
Athletes can enroll in 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5-week full program options, providing flexibility while maintaining a high standard of training. Each week consists of 6 sessions, ensuring continuous improvement and progressive development. Participants in the full program will have access to a maximum of 30 sessions, allowing for comprehensive training and full exposure to advanced skill development.
With small athlete-to-coach ratios (maximum four athletes per position), instruction is tailored to drive measurable improvement in skill, speed, strength, and overall game performance.
Training Schedule
-
Tuesdays & Thursdays: Two-a-day sessions at Allelite Fitness, incorporating:
- Recovery and Explosive Sport-Specific Lifts, customized for each position
- Agility, Plyometric, and Lower Body Functional Development
-
Wednesdays: Linear Speed Development, followed by:
- Position-Specific 1-on-1s
- Competitive 7-on-7 sessions
- Active Rest: Each athlete will be assigned two additional Active Rest sessions to complete independently, ensuring continued recovery while maintaining mobility and conditioning.
Position-Specific Training Approach
Each position group will engage in movement sessions and lifts specifically tailored to meet the physical demands and rigors of their role on the field. For example:
- Quarterbacks: Emphasis on arm care protocols, shoulder stability, and rotational power to enhance throwing efficiency and durability throughout the season.
- Linemen: Focus on explosive power, grip strength, and core control to maintain dominance in the trenches.
- Skill Positions (WRs, DBs, RBs): Speed and agility drills designed to maximize acceleration, deceleration, and lateral movement, ensuring competitive edge in dynamic play situations.
Recruiting & Competitive Readiness
For serious athletes working to secure scholarship opportunities, the recruiting landscape has changed significantly. The transfer portal, NIL regulations, the growing prevalence of prep schools, and junior college eligibility rules have all made collegiate recruiting more competitive than ever. Today’s athletes must be more prepared, technically refined, and physically dominant to stand out and earn the attention of coaches at the next level.
This elite football training program provides the structured, high-performance environment necessary to meet these demands, ensuring athletes develop the skills, physicality, and mindset required to maximize their opportunities in the modern recruiting landscape.
Target Athletes
- Open to players aged 14 and up
- Limited spots available per position group
Competitive Advantage
This program is specifically designed to position athletes ahead of their competition. Those competing for a starting role will gain the preparation needed to secure their spot, while established starters will refine their skills to become impact players throughout the season. Additionally, the program provides valuable exposure—critical for athletes seeking recruitment opportunities at the next level.
Commit to excellence. Elevate your performance. Gain the edge this season.
