Phase 1
Combos & Conditioning (learn to train)
January 11th to February 6th
Objective: Establish a solid foundation through prime mover development. This phase emphasizes mastering lifting techniques and progressively adapting the body to necessary training intensities.
Focus Areas:
- Combination Lifts: Incorporate multi-joint exercises that engage primary muscle groups, promoting functional strength.
- Repetition-Based Training: Structured sets and reps to reinforce technique and build endurance.
- Technique Mastery: Detailed instruction and feedback on proper lifting form to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Intensity Adaptation: Gradual increase in training load to prepare the body for future phases and prevent injuries.
During this phase, athletes will learn the fundamentals of strength training, setting the stage for subsequent phases of advanced development. It's all about building a robust, resilient foundation to enhance overall athletic performance.
Phase 2
Auxiliary Strength (strength in movement)
February 15th to March 13th
Objective: Build explosiveness by integrating plyometric exercises with strength training, translating weight room gains to on-field performance.
Focus Areas:
- Integrated Lifting and Plyometrics: Each strength exercise is paired with a corresponding plyometric movement to enhance power output.
- Explosiveness Training: Exercises designed to develop rapid force production, improving overall athletic explosiveness.
- Technique Reinforcement: Continued focus on maintaining proper form while adding explosive movements.
- Field-Ready Strength: Bridging the gap between strength gained in the gym and functional, sport-specific power on the field.

- Variable Resistance Equipment: Incorporate bands and chains to add varying levels of resistance throughout the movement, promoting greater explosiveness.

Spanning five intensive weeks, athletes will immerse themselves in a camp-style environment that promotes athletic development and peak performance.

- 2-a-Day Training: With 28 sessions over five weeks, athletes will participate in morning and afternoon training to maximize their progress.
- Athletic Development: Focused on building strength, speed, and conditioning through tailored workouts and expert coaching.
- Group Availability: Three groups to cater to different levels:

- High School Players
- Post Grads, Junior, and University Players

Pre-Season Prep (Padded Position Specific)

Objective: Ensure athletes are 100% ready to dominate their upcoming high school season with specialized training and skill development.

- Padded Camp: Engage in realistic, game-like scenarios to fine-tune your abilities and build confidence.

In Season Surge & Recruitment (learn to train)

Block 2 October 18th to November 12th
Objective: Maintain and enhance athlete performance throughout the season, focusing on recovery, mobility, flexibility, and recruitment readiness.
Focus Areas:
- Rest and Recovery: Implement strategies to ensure athletes recover adequately from games and practices, reducing the risk of injury and fatigue.
- Mobility and Flexibility: Incorporate targeted exercises to maintain and improve flexibility and mobility, essential for peak performance and injury prevention.
- Performance Maintenance and Improvement: Provide sessions to not only sustain offseason gains but also enhance strength and conditioning as the season progresses.
- Body Resilience: Develop a regimen to prevent the body from breaking down under the rigorous demands of the season.

Phase 9
Gridiron Reboot (Post Season Recovery)
November 18th to December 18th
Objective: Facilitate post-season recovery and maintain strength in preparation for the upcoming off-season development.
Focus Areas:
- Post-Season Recovery: Implement recovery strategies to help athletes restore their bodies after the rigors of the season.
- Strength Maintenance: Continue strength training to ensure athletes retain their gains and stay in optimal condition leading up to the Christmas break.
- Precursor to Off-Season Development: Lay the groundwork for the intensive training to come, ensuring athletes are prepared for the upcoming off-season program.
Phase 9 is dedicated to getting the body right after the season, maintaining peak strength, and setting the stage for the next phase of athletic development.
